We would like to thank all of our customers for another successful season.  We hope that everyone had an enjoyable season with your families and friends.  We thank you for including our marina in your vacation plans.  We strive to have the greatest time enjoying the season with you. 

Lake Level

The current level is 1000.49. Last month our level was 1009.90.This time last year, the lake was at 995.0 

Marina Hours

Starting September 2^nd, the restaurant will be closed Monday thru Friday.  Through the weekends in September, the restaurant will be open from to 10am – 6pm. The marina will be open for gas, snacks and drinks from 10:00 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday.

SLIP LEASES-AUTOMATICALLY RENEW

Our slip leases are contracts for one year. If

Sequoyah Marina is not notified 30 days prior to your

 renewal, the lease automatically renews for

 another year.  If anytime during the year you wish

 to terminate the lease, the customer is

 responsible until the slip can be re-rented.

DVD – “Fire on the Water 2008”

Now available is the professionally choreographed DVD completed by our own Alex Oliver.  The DVD can be purchased for $10.  If you thought the actual show was great, wait to you see this video!

Water Warning – Moving Boats

All boats on “D” Dock and “E” dock that are attached to the houseboats or floats MUST be removed after Labor Day.  Due to the TVA’s uncontrolled release of Lake waters, the docks will be moved to insure the safety of all houseboats on D and E dock.

Boat Ramp – Warning

Please use caution when using the boat ramp to load or unload boats.  Due to the lake levels, the ramp is unsafe.  Please use other facilities if possible to remove boats from the marina.  The ramp at this point is to be used at your own risk.

Water System

Sequoyah Marina will attempt to maintain water on all docks as long as possible.  After the Labor weekend all houseboats on the banks in the front of the marina and back of the marina will have the water shut off.  As the water continues to fall to unusually low levels for this time of year, the remaining water and possibly electric may have to be discontinued. Please keep thjs in mind with the food in refrigerators. We appreciate your patience on this matter.   As the levels continue to drop we will keep you posted on the situation. You may also follow the lake levels by going to tva.gov on the internet.

Special Events

For your next party, meeting, reception, or conference, why not consider the “Banquet room” on the second floor of Sequoyah Marina. This room includes an outdoor deck over- looking beautiful Norris Lake.  Catering services are available along with furnishings to dress up your next party or meeting. If a conference is your need, we have all the amenities including 6 bedroom houseboats with hot tubs to relax after a long day.  Call for more details and quotes!
