Reservations
Reservations may be made by telephone or
email. Once a reservation is made, you must provide a credit card to
hold your reservation. Within 10 days you will receive a confirmation
in mail with the balance of your reservation information.
Deposit - $1000
Once your credit card is processed, it becomes non-refundable if
you cancel. We will mail you a confirmation sheet with the balance of
your reservation information. Upon arrival, your deposit is put on
account for you to use as a house charge. Once you return, we inspect
the boat for damage, fill your boat with gas, add up your expenses, and
send you home with the cash.
Departure
Before departing with our boat, full payment must be made either
by Cash, Traveler's Check, Money Order, or Certified Check. "We Do Not
Accept Personal Checks". The rental agreement must be signed and a
general briefing given on your boat. Departure must be made one (1) hour
before sunset so that you may safely secure your boat in a cove before
dark.
Returning
You must return to the marina at your scheduled time. If you are
late returning, a fee of $100 will be added to your house charge. It is
$100 for each additional hour after your scheduled return time.
Rental Policy
• REMEMBER, you are responsible for the vessel and its contents.
Renters are accountable for any and all damages.
• Sequoyah Marina will provide assistance for breakdowns during working
hours as quickly as possible. However, a $50 fee will be charged for any
service call due to renter's negligence.
• Renters may charge purchases against the houseboat deposit.
• The houseboats will accommodate up to 12 people.
• Renters must have additional boat with each houseboat. Small rental
boats are available.
